The Application Process

Submit Online Submission
Begin by filling out our Enrollment Interest Form. If your student has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), please email it for review at: admin@tcmiacademy.com.

Tour/Interview Scheduling
After submitting the form, a member of our admissions team will reach out to schedule a tour and interview.

Tour/Interview
During the tour and interview, we will assess if our academy is a good fit for your student, and whether we are the right match for your family.

Enrollment Invitation
Based on our assessment, you will receive an invitation to enroll. This will be sent via email and includes a registration link. Please note, there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee that covers curriculum materials.

Additional Forms
Once the enrollment is accepted, we will reach out with additional required forms and additional payments (if necessary).

Welcome Orientation
Once the process is complete, we will meet to cover all mandatory expectations and officially welcome your student and family into our school community.
